Desiree James

Ms. Desiree James is the Stafford Intermediate School Counselor, GT Coordinator, and Testing Coordinator.  Her mission is to identify the needs of our students and promote and provide a caring, positive, and safe environment.  Providing students with decision-making, goal-setting, planning, and problem-solving skills are her goals. 

Character Educaton is a program that has been implemented at SIS to build character, values, and morals.  The program will develop young people of good character into self-reliant citizens.  Within the character education curriculum, students learn six pillars of Character Education.
